Accessible ONLY by boat. Boats leave Crisfield, Md at 12:30pm or come in your own boat. We have our own deep water pier that you can dock at and swim off of. 

 

Recently renovated, Island Time affectionately known by Smith Island residents as “Miss Levy’s”. Miss Levy’s was one of Rhodes Points longest living residence at age 99. This beautiful home was the first home on Smith Island to have electricity.

Now owned and transformed by Betty Jo Tyler. This gorgeous home can take you to the quaint paradise of Island Time.

Three stories with a 360-degree panoramic view of the island on the top floor. Wrap around porches on the 1st and 2nd floors give stunning sunset views.

 

Island Time has four bedrooms and a loft available, one first floor king bedroom with private bath and three second floor bedrooms. They include a Master Suite with a king sized bed, private bathroom and private balcony and two standard rooms with queen beds with private bathrooms, all with breath taking views of the Chesapeake Bay. The third floor is a Loft area with two twin beds and a futon. Also, on the third floor is a full bathroom.
